Why I Chose To Be a Therapist
I chose a career as a therapist to be a source of support for others. Over time, this work has shown me just how much growth, progress, and transformation people are capable of. Helping others overcome life’s challenges is deeply rewarding, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside people as they learn, grow, and heal.
How I Spend My Personal Time
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy working out, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family. These personal interests help me stay grounded and often create meaningful points of connection with clients who are exploring ways to care for their mental health through hobbies, relationships, and community.
